Premisit Group AB, registration number 559123-5717, Stockholm, is the controller for the personal data you give us on premisit.com and arsredovis.se. You can reach us at policy@premisit.com.
If you register interest on arsredovis.se we ask for as little as possible: the company's registration number, and the name and email address of the contact person. We do not ask for the company name, its address or its size — the registration number is enough, because the facts about a limited company are public and can be looked up. We also use the number to see that the company is a limited company we can serve before we offer a place. The name and the email address are what we keep, because they are about you rather than about the company, and the email address is how we tell you when the service opens. That is what you are asking for when you register, and the legal basis is your consent. You also pick an option describing how the company works today, so that we know who we are building for.
If you write through the contact form on premisit.com we store your name, your email address, the company name if you fill it in, and what you write in the message. We use it to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who gets in touch.
We do not sell the data on, and we do not use it for anything other than what is described here.
If you are on the waiting list: until the service has opened and twelve months after that, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. If you have written to us through the contact form: two years, so that a returning enquiry has its own history. You can ask us to delete your data earlier than that at any time, and we will.
The data is stored in a database on our own server inside the EU. The mail sent to you and to us is handled by Google, which is our email provider.
We measure visits with Umami, which we run ourselves on the same server. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. The cookies the pages do use are strictly necessary: one that protects the forms against forged requests, and one that remembers your choice of language. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a machine-readable form. If you have registered for the waiting list you can withdraw your consent at any time — email us and we will remove you.
