Add the notes, the management report and the proposed appropriation of profit. You see the finished document exactly as it will be filed.
Sign the fastställelseintyg with BankID. The report is submitted digitally to Bolagsverket and you keep a PDF copy.
Passing Bolagsverket's validation means a file is technically valid. It does not mean the annual report is right. We check both.
